We offer a $10 flat rate shipping within Australia for orders under $150.We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above $150 made in the one transaction within Australia (excluding bulky items).
We offer EXPRESS SHIPPING for $15 Australia wide (excluding heavy/bulky items).
Heavy/Bulky shipping is required on items such as large baskets and glassware. It may also be payable on other bulky items and will be calculated separately. Please check product page notes carefully for details of additional shipping on heavy/bulky/fragile items.New Zealand Shipping

Please complete your online shopping with the little store keeping in mind, we offer refunds and exchanges, according to the following policies:
- For a refund, you must contact us via email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds are only available where an item is faulty or does not fit. We do not refund for change of mind or any other reason.
- For an exchange, you must contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving it.
- Any returned item must be in perfect, unused condition, tags intact and with no damage to the item or the packaging.
- Gift Vouchers, hats and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Only full priced items can be refunded or exchanged. No returns on any items in our sale collection.
- Items purchased in promotional sales (eg. storewide percentage off) are final and are not able to be returned unless they are faulty.
- We do not refund original shipping fees and do not cover return shipping fees. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
- We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
- Refunds will be processed via the payment method used in the original sale and may take up 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
