DAS Air Dry Clay is the ideal clay for the home, classroom, or studio. It can be used alone as a modelling clay or applied to various surfaces such as wood, cardboard, and terracotta. This hardening, non-toxic, gluten-free clay can create sculptures that do not need to be fired in a kiln or furnace. Poster paint or varnish can be applied to complete the finished product.
Like traditional clays, you can add small amounts of water to extend the working time of your clay and make slurry to join wet clay together. Once dried after a 24-hour period, DAS Air Dry Clay can be drilled, carved, sanded, and painted.
